Plain English. Book online via Rezdy, ride safely, and we look after the weather.
Booking and payment
Individual hire and tours are booked and paid online through Rezdy (card accepted). You will receive email and SMS confirmation. Groups of 6+ request a quote; organisations may pay by invoice after David confirms bikes. Phone 0490 048 239 if you would rather talk it through.
Cancellation
Full refund with 48 hours or more notice. Within 48 hours a credit or voucher may apply. If we cancel for weather — heavy rain, strong wind, storms — you get a full refund or a reschedule.
Helmets and safety
Helmets are included and compulsory in Victoria, including on e-bikes. We fit them before you leave. Riders must be able to balance and control a bicycle. Typical weight limit is around 120–130 kg depending on the bike. Follow road rules and share paths with walkers.
Hire and delivery
Bikes remain the property of Green Pedal Cycles. Please lock them when unattended. Free delivery to most Echuca and Moama accommodation on half and full-day hire, subject to availability. Damage beyond fair wear may be charged.
Privacy
We use your name, phone and email only to confirm bookings and send the details you asked for. We do not sell contact lists. Payments are processed by Rezdy.
